Pre-participation Physical Examinations

Mayo Clinic Orthopedics and Sports Medicine will be conducting pre-participation sports physicals on Saturday, July 27, between 8 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. at the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center (DAHLC). This will be by scheduled appointments only. Payment of $20 via cash or check will be required at the time of the appointment.

Sign up for a time to be called by our team for scheduling your athlete’s high school sports qualifying physical examination. We will call you during your chosen time option 2-3 business days after submitting your form.

Thank you for your interest in the pre-participation physical examinations clinic on July 27, 2024. The sign up form will be available May 13, 2024-July 19, 2024.

Please call our appointment office at 507-266-9384 to check for cancellations or other appointment opportunities within Sports Medicine if you are in need of a sports physical before the 2024 school season starts. Alternatively, Community Pediatrics also has a Pre-participation Physicals Clinic. Contact 507-284-5233 for availability and dates in that department.
